In accordance with Section 4 of the Antigua and Barbuda Citizenship by Investment Act (2016), applications for citizenship shall be submitted only by an Agent who is the holder of an Agent’s License, issued by the licensing authority of the Citizenship by Investment Unit.
An Agent’s License may only be issued to a natural person who is a citizen of Antigua and Barbuda
